In early 2021, Ironstate partnered with TheGuarantors to launch our Rent and Deposit Coverage products across their portfolio of New Jersey and New York City luxury properties, empowering renters to access their dream homes and creating a more profitable renting operation.

Powered by AI-based underwriting that predicts renter default with 85% accuracy, our Rent Coverage helps Ironstate sign international students and other non-traditional renters who would otherwise not be approved—all while mitigating risk from defaults, vacancies, lease breaks, holdovers, and more. Our Deposit Coverage reduces move-in costs for renters while protecting Ironstate against damages. And with our mitigation support to get renters back on track, we make the process easier and more efficient for the Ironstate team.
